The homeowner had taken some pictures in his apartment, and a few of them had "strange" things in them. That was the main reason for doing the investigation. We had some luck with getting EVP's, and we got some good video. An interesting side note to this investigation. One of the friends is a medium, and she said that there is a "ghost" dog in the apartment. One of the EVP's is of a dog barking. The homeowner stated that no dogs are allowed in the complex. The dog sounded like he was in the apartment, but no dog was present.
